Job Summa ryWe are seeking a Digital Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in Teamcenter Visualization and Digital Mock-Up (DMU) analysis to support product development and manufacturing process validation activities. The ideal candidate will leverage virtual manufacturing tools to evaluate assembly feasibility, manufacturability, ergonomics, and operator interactions, enabling early identification and resolution of manufacturing concerns prior to production launc h.

Responsibilitie s:

Perform digital manufacturing and virtual assembly reviews using Siemens Teamcenter Visualization tools, includin g:

Teamcenter Visualization Mock upTeamcenter Lifecycle Visualization Jack (Visualization Jac k)Conduct 3D Digital Mock-Up (DMU) analysis to support product and process development activitie s.

Execute virtual manufacturing assessments includin g:

Clearance and interference analys isHand and tool accessibility studi esStatic assembly sequence validati onErgonomic and manikin-based evaluatio nsAnalyze and interpret 3D CAD and JT models to assess manufacturability, serviceability, and assembly feasibilit y.

Support manufacturing engineering teams with process validation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiative s.

Review and validate assembly processes, tooling concepts, fixtures, and operator interactions within virtual environment s.

Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, Ergonomics, and Plant Operations teams to identify and resolve assembly concerns early in the product development cycl e.

Develop technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate analysis results, identified risks, recommendations, and corrective action s.

Support process development activities involvin g:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fiel d.5+ years of experience in Digital Manufacturing, Virtual Assembly, Manufacturing Engineering, or Product Development within the automotive, heavy equipment, aerospace, or manufacturing industr y.

Hands-on experience wit h:

Siemens Teamcenter Visualization Mock upTeamcenter Lifecycle Visualization Jack (Jac k)Digital Mock-Up (DMU) analys isStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, tooling, fixtures, and operator workstation s.

Experience conducting clearance, interference, accessibility, and ergonomic studie s.

Ability to read, interpret, and analyze 3D CAD and JT model s.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skill s.

Preferred Qualificatio nsExperience with automotive vehicle development program s.

Knowledge of manufacturing simulation, virtual validation, and human factors engineerin g.

Familiarity with NX CAD, Teamcenter PLM, Tecnomatix, or other digital manufacturing tool s.

Experience supporting assembly line launch, process development, or production readiness activitie s.
