What you will do Lead the implementation and management of Kanban systems to optimize workflow and material movement. Facilitate Kaizen events to identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and ensure alignment with Lean principles. Train and mentor team members on Kanban methodology and Lean practices. Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvements and report on progress to management. How you will do it Utilize Lean tools and methodologies to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement. Engage with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate staff on Kanban and Lean techniques. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Kanban systems and make necessary adjustments. Provide regular updates and feedback to management about project statuses and team performance. What are we looking for
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment. Strong understanding of Lean principles, particularly Kanban. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Preferred:
Experience in a leadership role within a Lean transformation initiative. Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with manufacturing processes.
HIRING SALARY RANGE
$75,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
