What You Will Be Doing Lockheed Martin is seeking a Production Engineering CAM to drive execution across F-35 Production Engineering projects. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of F35

Production Engineering Projects:

• Follow-on Modernization implementation.
• Affordability projects to drive cost reduction and process efficiency.
• Tooling and Special Test Equipment implementation for advanced manufacturing.
• Field modifications for both F-35 and IFG (International Fighter Group) operations.
• Other discretely funded projects supporting full-rate production and delivery requirements Execute all phases of CAM project management:
• Proposal integration and baseline development.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) performance tracking.
• Project closure and financial reconciliation. Support staffing rockpile management, ensuring alignment of planned and high potential work to production needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, finance, and supply chain, to drive seamless project execution.

Basic Qualifications:

• CAM Certification
• CAM, Finance, Project Management, &/or program management experience.

Desired Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated experience interfacing and presenting to Senior Leadership.
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with Production Engineering.
• Experience working with Program Management.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, writing, evaluating Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Familiarity with Lockheed's EVMS Tool Suite.

Work Remotely:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
