Sometimes that maybe a Senior level Engineer with deep knowledge and experience, and other times it may be someone with less experience but that spark that will take them to the next level. We value the knowledge and experience as well as the best fit for our culture. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience , depth and breadth of skills would fall within the $90,000-$110,00 range. Candidates with 5+ years of experience , depth and breadth of skills could expect a range of $100,000-$120,000. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or material science engineering. Master's degree is advantageous. Knowledge of working with medical device regulations CFR 820 & ISO13485.
Experience is preferred. Knowledge of material in plastics, injection molding, manufacturing equipment, and press-forming. Analytical skills, with experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving, including statistical analyses, DOE, Risk Based decision making etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a distinct advantage. Benefits:
