Job Description

Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for supporting machining-based production environments, optimizing manufacturing processes, and assisting with tooling, production support, and new product introduction activities. Job Requirements Experience in a traditional manufacturing or production environment involving machining processes such as CNC machining, milling, and turning Background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering Demonstrated experience optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cycle time reduction, and product quality Knowledge of manufacturing tooling including molds, dies, or machining tooling systems Experience supporting production operations and collaborating with engineering teams Experience participating in new product introduction (NPI) or production launch activities Preferred Skills Experience using CAD software for manufacturing or tooling-related work Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as SAP or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms Knowledge of machining process parameters, fixturing, and tooling selection Experience analyzing manufacturing data to improve process capability and throughput Job Responsibilities Analyze and optimize machining and manufacturing processes to improve cycle time, yield, and product quality Support production operations by troubleshooting process issues related to machining and manufacturing equipment Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on process improvements and production readiness Assist with implementation of tooling, fixtures, and process controls for machining operations Participate in new product introduction activities including process validation and manufacturing readiness Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures Interface with manufacturing systems such as SAP or PLM for process documentation, part data, and production tracking Evaluate tooling performance and recommend improvements for manufacturing efficiency and product quality
