Job Description
Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support machining-focused manufacturing operations by optimizing processes, improving efficiency, reducing cycle times, and enhancing product quality. The role will collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing operations and new product introductions while utilizing CAD and SAP/PLM systems. Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and productivity. Support CNC machining, milling, turning, and related production operations. Develop and improve tooling, fixtures, molds, and dies. Support new product introductions (NPI) and production launches. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Utilize CAD, SAP, PLM, and related manufacturing systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience with CNC machining, milling, and turning processes. Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience in a production environment. Proven process improvement experience focused on cycle time, efficiency, and quality. Experience with manufacturing tooling, fixtures, molds, or dies. CAD and SAP/PLM experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting production operations. New Product Introduction (NPI) experience. Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience. Top Must-Haves CNC machining, milling, and turning experience. Manufacturing/Process Engineering background. Process optimization experience. Tooling experience (molds, dies, fixtures, machining tooling). CAD and SAP/PLM proficiency. #
