Key Responsibilities Support engineering and production teams with technical projects and operational initiatives Create and maintain assembly instructions, layout drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Assist with mechanical design modifications and product customization Operate, test, and evaluate machinery to improve performance and efficiency Troubleshoot equipment and support process optimization efforts Assist with equipment testing and implementation of new ideas and solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams Support customer communication and project coordination as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Hands-on mechanical or electrical aptitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus #

NOTGA Pay:

$28.20 - $32.20 per hour
