Job Description:
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise to ensure manufacturing operations consistently meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of continuous process improvements, while also supporting plant operations with troubleshooting and corrective action planning. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative cable products and manufacturing processes Partner with manufacturing teams to transfer new technologies into production Support sales and marketing with samples, technical data, reports, and presentations Lead key development and process improvement projects Train production personnel on new technologies and best practices Drive projects to completion using structured project management tools Research and develop new cable designs, materials, and processes Improve existing products and maintain technical competitiveness Provide technical support across R D, operations, sales, and marketing Evaluate and source materials, equipment, and tooling for manufacturing and testing Create and document standardized manufacturing processes Analyze competitive products and industry trends Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization Provide technical support in data communications cable design, testing, and processing Required Skills Problem Solving Technical & Analytical Skills Communication Team Collaboration Attention to Detail Creative Thinking Project & Time Management Results-Oriented Mindset Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience OR Direct experience in wire and cable process and/or design engineering
