Job Description:
Position Summary The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving process improvements that increase operational efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce waste within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations. Key Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams . Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Improve key metrics including yield, cycle time, scrap reduction, and OEE . Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams. Support process standardization, documentation updates, and employee training. Track and report project results and operational improvements.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) 2-5+ years of manufacturing, process improvement, or continuous improvement experience Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and process mapping Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
