Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer Location:
Mukilteo, WA Employment Type:
Full-Time Key Responsibilities Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes for metal fabrication and production operations Analyze workflow, labor utilization, tooling, and production methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures Support CNC machining, welding, forming, cutting, and assembly operations Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Required 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a fabrication or metalworking environment Experience with welding, machining, sheet metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing documentation Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan with company match

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
