Job Title:
Manufacturing Engineer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to create and develop operating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices. Responsibilities Develop and create comprehensive SOPs and work instructions for manufacturing processes. Collaborate with the team to implement Lean manufacturing principles. Ensure all work instructions align with fabrication and assembly processes. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating SOPs and work instructions. At least 3 years of experience in fabrication and assembly. Proficiency in manufacturing engineering, work instruction development, and Lean manufacturing principles. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Work Environment This is a contract position lasting a minimum of 2-3 months, with the duration extending as necessary to complete the work instructions. The role involves working closely with fabrication and assembly processes, ensuring a thorough understanding and application of relevant manufacturing technologies and methodologies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
