This role will focus on creating efficient machining workflows, improving manufacturing readiness, and supporting production execution within a high-precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain manufacturing routings for machining operations. Create process instructions, labor standards, and production workflows. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new product introduction and process improvements. Analyze manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. Qualifications Experience with machining processes and manufacturing routings. Knowledge of CNC machining, process planning, and manufacturing documentation. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
