Job Description

Assembly manufacturing engineering role supporting shop floor assembly operations, troubleshooting production issues, and improving assembly processes and tooling. Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, including Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field, or 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer Experience providing direct support to assembly operations Experience troubleshooting production and assembly issues on the shop floor Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling Ability to work approximately 50% of the day on the shop floor Metatarsal shoes required on the first day Preferred Skills Assembly manufacturing engineering experience Assembly background Assembly process development Tooling support and optimization Recent internship experience in manufacturing or engineering for entry-level candidates Production line support Project progress reporting Job Responsibilities Provide direct support for assembly operations Spend approximately 50% of the day on the shop floor supporting production Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and production issues Support assembly processes and tooling needs Provide direct line support to production employees Communicate project progress and operational updates to management Assist with problem-solving activities related to assembly manufacturing processes
