Shift:
5:00 AM - 1:30 PM May require support or transition to off-shift in the future Off-shift support, if identified, would not occur until late summer 2027 Overtime may be required based on business needs
Pay Rate:
$42.00 - $44.00 per hour •Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position.•The Assembly Manufacturing Engineer will support day-to-day production and continuous improvement efforts within a factory assembly environment. This role spends approximately 50% of the time on the shop floor providing direct production support, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process, quality, and safety initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred New graduates will be considered with relevant internship experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Factory assembly experience, including use of torque tools Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling (highly preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Spend approximately 50% of the workday on the shop floor Provide direct line support to production employees Troubleshoot production and assembly issues Communicate project progress and issues to management Support continuous improvement initiatives Implement running changes and production-related projects Support product design, quality, and safety initiatives Operate torque tools and support tooling-related processes Drive a JD Gator inside the facility (training provided) Drive a personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings as needed
Work Environment & Safety Requirements:
Metatarsal safety shoes required on Day 1 Approximately 50% of the role is spent on the shop floor #LI-MH1 #INDOEM
