IPS USA, part of Group-IPS, is a multidisciplinary industrial project management and engineering company. Acting as Owner's Representative, IPS fully integrates into the Owner's project team. IPS can provide services from initial project definition to equipment commission utilizing our 4 phases of project management. IPS looks to provide full EPCM (Engineer, Procure and Construction Management) services to the following industries: Life Sciences, Chemicals, Food and Beverages, Primary and Metals, Buildings, Data Centers, etc. across the US. Job Posting Overview We are seeking an experienced Process Project Manager to join our customers Integrated Project Management Team at their industrial site. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the EPCM business model, industrial manufacturing, and capital maintenance project experience. The Process Project Manager will play a key role in front-end engineering, scope definition, and capital project planning, partnering closely with unit leaders to align technical solutions with site and CAPEX strategy. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Process Project Manager for large-scale capital projects within various process manufacturing environments Lead and support Front-End Engineering (FEL/FEED) activities for assigned projects Collaborate with unit leaders, operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to define project scope and technical requirements Develop clear, well-defined project scopes that support capital investment and CAPEX strategy Ensure process designs align with operational needs, safety standards, and long-term site objectives Participate as a core member of the Integrated Project Management Team, supporting multiple concurrent project profiles as needed Provide process expertise throughout project development to support cost, schedule, and risk optimization Required Qualifications Engineering Degree•Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Minimum of 5 years of EPCM Experience Strong understanding of the EPCM business model Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities within process engineering and unit operations Proven experience leading capital projects Hands-on experience with front-end engineering Hands-on experience with internal and external project kickoff Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Proven experience leading capital projects within industrial manufacturing sectors within our business units Background in integrated project management teams Familiarity with capital governance processes and investment decision frameworks Hands-on experience as an owner's representative between stakeholders and subcontractors Proven experience leading capital projects within industrial manufacturing sectors within our business units
