Yes. Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), Paid holidays Summary Connect Search is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Milwaukee. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for products. Assist with cost analysis of manufacturing processes. Establish standardized operating procedures for new products. Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations. Use 3D CAD software to design fixtures and other manufacturing improvements. Analyze product designs and recommend changes to improve manufacturability, efficiency, and quality while reducing production costs. Evaluate product quality throughout the manufacturing process and take corrective actions when necessary. Assist in root cause analysis for product defects or failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Support the execution of quality audits and inspections. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CNC/machine shop environment required.
