Job Description:
Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing / Process Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys balancing process improvement, new product introduction, manufacturability reviews, and technical problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ????

Key Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, throughput, and cost reduction Support new product launches through manufacturability reviews, DFM analysis, process development, and production readiness Develop process documentation, work instructions, validation plans, and process controls Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and sales teams to resolve technical challenges and improve performance Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects ?
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Experience in metal stamping, metal forming, or high-volume manufacturing environments strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DFM, APQP, PPAP, process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience supporting quoting, cost analysis, and new product introductions This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to influence both the shop floor and the front end of the business, helping shape how products are quoted, launched, and manufactured while driving meaningful operational improvements. ????
