Impact Manufacturing Role Join a fast?moving manufacturing environment where you'll own automation improvements, drive major capital projects, and play a key role in launching new product lines. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, building smarter systems, and making a visible impact on plant performance. What You'll Do Design and implement electrical controls hardware and software for continuous improvement projects across the plant. Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot PLC and auxiliary software for all production equipment. Support manufacturing teams by training technicians and leading root?cause investigations on downtime events. Partner with launch teams to review designs and ensure smooth startup of new product lines. Participate in vendor build events and provide feedback to ensure equipment is Job?1 ready. Identify new CI opportunities and build cost?benefit analyses to justify projects. Oversee vendor installations and verify equipment meets safety, quality, and throughput standards. Lead root?cause analysis on defects and implement permanent corrective actions. Coordinate cross?functional teams to develop the best solutions for production challenges. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical associate's degree. At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with injection molding or high?speed automation (preferred). Strong PLC programming skills (Allen?

Bradley, Omron, Beckhoff). Vision system experience (Cognex, Keyence). Ability to read, create, and maintain electrical schematics. Project and vendor management experience. A technical, analytical mindset with strong root?cause and corrective?action skills. Ability to run cost?benefit analyses and justify improvements. Solid understanding of electro?mechanical systems. Bonus Skills Machining and fabrication knowledge (milling, drilling, welding, etc.). Experience with continuous?motion automation. Ability to analyze and clean data in Excel.
