Operations Leader
  • Manufacturing Operations (Coating & Rewinding) Lead Operations.
Build Teams. Drive Performance. At Appvion, we are looking for a hands-on Operations Leader to lead manufacturing operations within our 16/18 Building operations focused on coating and rewinding processes. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving safety, production performance, team development, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate thrives on building strong teams, solving operational challenges, and creating accountability while improving plant performance across SQDCP metrics. This role offers strong visibility within plant operations and the opportunity to directly influence operational efficiency, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a highly specialized manufacturing environment.
