Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Working closely with our senior engineering and management team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and execution. This position offers a unique blend of technical and support responsibilites, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to jumpstart their career in project management with the engineering field.Duties:
- Assist project managers in planning and executing projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements
- Collaborate with team members to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Coodinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct research, analysis, and evaluations to support project decision-making processes and provide technical input as needed
- Learn and execute PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to the automation and control systems of various projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications, under the guidance of senior engineers
- Support in resolving project-related issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues to senior management as necessary.
- Assist in the procurement process by liaising with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain materials and services required for project execution
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and quality assurance activites alongside senior engineers to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 0-5 years Engineering/Project Management Experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Prior internship or co-op experience in engineering or porject management is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00- $80,000.
