- Your Role on
Our Team:
- The Manufacturing Engineer I is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes that ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. This role works cross‑functionally with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and NPD Engineering to optimize operations, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement across assigned areas.

- The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
- + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field + Minimum 5 years Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, or related experience required + Experience supporting manufacturing processes (e.
- Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
- + Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. + Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, or automated systems. + Hands-on experience with tooling design or process validation
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
