The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills What you will do: Develop VHDL code to support FPGA-based designs; be proficient in simulating and debugging design in code and on circuit board Write detailed technical design documentation and test procedures. Test and verify designs to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements. Model, build, test, and modify product prototypes using working models or theoretical models constructed with simulation What you will bring: Bachelor's Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline 5+ years of experience on FPGA development including VHDL logic design, simulation, and testing on hardware. Circuit board and FPGA troubleshooting experience Ability to operate lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters. Demonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of a product/program Design experience with Altera's Quartus Design Software Design experience with QuestaSim Strong interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills.Pay Range:
$40 to $80/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Waukesha, WI You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.Travel requirements:
