As our beverage division continues to grow, we're looking for a hands-on team member to help operate and expand our production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and being directly involved in making craft products that are sold throughout Alaska. Position Summary The Beverage Production Technician is responsible for producing, packaging, and maintaining quality standards for SteamDot's growing beverage portfolio, including cold brew coffee, sparkling water, and energy drinks. This position combines manufacturing, equipment operation, quality control, and warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of food safety and product quality. Primary ResponsibilitiesBeverage Production Produce cold brew coffee, sparkling water, and energy drinks according to established formulas and procedures Measure and blend ingredients accurately Monitor product quality, carbonation, and production specifications Maintain detailed production records and batch documentation Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Canning & Packaging Operate and monitor beverage canning equipment Prepare cans, lids, labels, and packaging materials Perform quality checks throughout production runs Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and adjustments Palletize and prepare finished products for distribution Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate pumps, filtration systems, blending equipment, carbonation systems, and canning equipment Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance Assist with equipment setup and changeovers Identify and report maintenance needs Warehouse & Inventory Support Receive and organize ingredients and packaging materials Track inventory levels and communicate purchasing needs Maintain clean and organized production and storage areas Assist with loading and unloading product deliveries

Qualifications Preferred:

Manufacturing, production, food processing, brewery, coffee roasting, beverage, or packaging experience Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Forklift experience Experience operating production equipment

Required:
