Production Technician

The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Production Technician to work at a company located in the Springdale, AR area! Job Title Production Technician Position Location Springdale Pay/hours for position Occasional availability for working on shift starting middle night (a few times a year), and availability for the shift starting at 5:00 am or 11:00 am (more often), Pay based on experience 14-17/HR Requirements of position 1. High school or two-year college graduate. 2. Ability to perform all assigned tasks, work independently, and complete work on schedule. 3. Follow engineering team's direction while displaying cooperative and positive (can-do) behavior with co-workers. 4. Basic understanding and ability to read prints and schematics, and follow operating instruction. 5. Working knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel). 6. Problem-solving skills and efficient management of time and resources. Preferred 1. Experience in hands-on skills and operating manufacturing equipment is highly preferred; 2. Experience with carbide tools and manufacturing is helpful, but not necessary. Physical Requirements 1. Sit/stand/walk 8 hrs./day (minimum) 2. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Responsibilities of position Essential Duties and Responsibilities Occasional availability for working on shift starting middle night (a few times a year), and availability for the shift starting at 5:00 am or 11:00 am (more often); Read schematics, assembly drawings, data sheets, and process sheets to perform production and quality control, and simple trouble-shooting equipment when necessary; Record processing data with assistance from engineering; Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the companies Quality System.
