2nd shift SBN technician

SBN Line Operator HEF Group operates a global service jobbing network that provides our nitriding treatments and PVD coating services to manufacturers of automotive components and precision components used in industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, hydraulic gearboxes, etc. TS USA, a subsidiary of HEF Group, which operates several processing facilities in the US is seeking a SBN Line Operator as we grow and add more business.

Job Responsibilities:

We are willing to train the right candidate. Must have basic knowledge of mechanical equipment.

• Maintain Equipment
• Manage maintenance records
• Operate SBN machinery
• Process customer parts per specific customer specification
• Assist Engineering in prototype work
• Manage spare parts
• Communicate with Maintenance on machinery and technical issues
• Keep daily control plan records

Position Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Dependable and reliable work history The ability to read, write, and follow instructions Must be able to work independently without close supervision Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to operate a forklift, hoist, line computers and other machinery Maintain a safe working environment. understand, follow, and support company policies, procedures such as lockout/tag out, hot work, confined space, etc., in addition to corporate and local safety initiatives. Report any infractions Coordinate operations with other departments, including Quality Control and Engineering to assure quality standards, operating consistency, and efficiency Previous experience in a manufacturing or heat treatment environment is preferred

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
