Full Job Description Position Details:
Job Title:
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I Location:
Phoenix, AZ 85040
Duration:
3-month contract to start
Shift:
3rd Shift 9:00 PM to 5:30
AM Schedule:
6 days onsite during busy season (currently 5 days/week)
Pay Rate:
$32/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in support of TPM and RCM programs Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify root causes Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately Maintain equipment for maximum production efficiency and safety Follow SOPs, GMPs, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures Read and interpret blueprints Support continuous improvement initiatives Use computer applications for maintenance tracking and data entry
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance technician experience Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures Experience with valves, actuators, gaskets, seals, and HTST processes Ability to read blueprints Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Teams preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be comfortable wearing PPE and steel-toed boots
Preferred:
Knowledge of electrical theory and PLC programming HS Diploma/GED preferred (not required with relevant experience)
