Responsibilities:
Read and follow manufacturing procedures and perform work as assigned Learn and retain information, relating to standards and specifications, through on-the-job training Apply labels onto enclosures with technical skill and precision Work with a variety of hand tools and other manufacturing equipment Rotate to different areas of the manufacturing floor as needed: Kit and assemble raw materials into finished goods Flash firmware and calibrate products, including current transformers Troubleshooting Packaging Conduct quality check of products at their different stages (building, finalizing, packaging, etc.) and resolve non-compliance issues
Requirements:
Manufacturing:
1-2 years of experience, preferably in tech or medical device industry Familiar with work orders travelers, kitting and good documentation practices (GDP) Experience in working with different hand tools, drills, etc. Basic computer skills/Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Time management skills Great attention to detail Ability to adjust and be flexible in a quickly changing environment Organizational skills and ability to work cleanly and efficiently, including knowledge of 5S and Kanban Ability to communicate with supervisors/managers regarding work assignments/safety issues Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment. INDBUR Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
