This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with test equipment, and ensuring high-quality performance in a precision-driven environment. This company specializes in critical systems and services for commercial aircraft, defense programs, space systems, and medical devices. In this role, you will use automated and manual testing equipment to perform electrical diagnostics and low-voltage testing on fuel system components. You may be responsible for monitoring and operating multiple test stations simultaneously, so strong attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential. What You'll Do:
Perform electrical, low-voltage, and functional testing on complex components and systems Use automated test equipment, multimeters, and specialized test consoles to run diagnostics Troubleshoot electrical circuits, wiring, and system performance issues Document test results and create non-conformance reports as needed Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 1st shift: 5:00am - 2:30pm Overtime available
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience
Production Technician Requirements:
3+ years of recent experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or electrical testing environments 3+ years of experience with electrical troubleshooting and low-voltage systems Experience using electrical testing tools (multimeter, continuity testers, etc.) Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings High school diploma or equivalent required Must meet U.S. Person requirements as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15) Benefits upon permanent hire by employer: Medical, Dental, Vision 12 paid holidays with a week off between Christmas and New Years 401k (50% of 6% match, plus an additional 3% non-matching contribution after 1 year) PTO (3 weeks) Uncapped potential for growth and development
