Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cleanroom Technician for a full-time, on-site contract-to-hire opportunity in Hayward, CA . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with cleanroom, semiconductor, parts cleaning, packaging, or precision production experience. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will support critical cleaning, bake out, inspection, assembly, marking, and packaging activities for customer parts made from materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, quartz, ceramic, titanium, bronze, anodized aluminum, and nickel. This position offers the opportunity to work in a structured, quality-focused production environment where accuracy, cleanliness, teamwork, and safety are essential.   • Perform bake out processes for customer parts that require drying after wet cleaning.
  • Clean parts using approved methods, including physical cleaning and IPA wipe procedures when required.
  • Assemble, test, clean, part mark, and package customer orders according to specifications, prints, photos, travelers, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Handle and package precision components carefully to ensure proper protection, sealing, cleanliness, and final presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized cleanroom work area through scheduled and as-needed housekeeping.
  • Follow quality, safety, and production procedures while accurately recording and communicating work status and data. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $22 to $25 per hour.
  • Contract/temporary opportunity with temp-to-hire potential.
  • Full-time, on-site work is required.
