Operator to support daily production operations while helping mentor and assist the department Team Leader in maintaining quality, efficiency, and throughput goals within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your Return on Investment:

Operate and maintain PCB Screening and Soldermask equipment Support production activities across Soldermask, Legend, and ID processes Help maintain high workmanship and quality standards for aerospace and high-reliability PCB manufacturing Assist with troubleshooting production and process issues Support workflow improvements and manufacturing efficiency initiatives Help mentor and guide operators on department procedures and expectations Perform inspections to verify product quality and compliance Coordinate with production leadership and maintenance teams to minimize downtime What You Bring:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PCB Soldermask, Legend, or Screening processes Experience working within a PCB manufacturing environment Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and quality standards Leadership capabilities with the ability to help support and mentor team members Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Experience with ProCIM is a plus APPLY TODAY!
