Job Description Job Title:
Assembly Line Manufacturing Operator Job Summary:
The Assembly Line Manufacturing Operator is responsible for assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedules. Operate assembly line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report defects, equipment malfunctions, or production issues. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Meet daily production targets and productivity goals. Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is an advantage but not always required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials for extended periods. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with lean manufacturing principles. Knowledge of quality control procedures. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production processes. Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagrams.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing plant or warehouse environment. May require shift work, overtime, weekends, or holidays. Exposure to machinery, noise, and production equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.

Production output and efficiency. Product quality and defect rates. Attendance and reliability. Compliance with safety standards. Teamwork and adherence to procedures.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
