Braun Medical, visit www.bbraunusa.com Position Summary The Production Technician supports manufacturing operations in an FDA and cGMP-regulated environment. This role involves operating equipment, supporting production processes, and ensuring quality and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a team-based, fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Perform production activities in compliance with FDA and cGMP standards Operate, clean, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment Load/unload and package IV bags Move materials, including pallets Complete cleaning tasks and document activities in logbooks Accurately record batch data using good documentation practices Assist across production lines or departments as needed Complete required training on time Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience Experience in a regulated (FDA/cGMP) environment preferred Skills Basic mechanical/technical aptitude Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision Good communication and teamwork skills Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally Combination of sitting, standing, and light physical activity Work in a production/manufacturing environment with standard safety requirements Additional Information Responsibilities may change based on business needs. Pay Range- $21.53 - $23.13/ hour The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate. B.
