Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Worker and become a vital part of producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We are committed to fostering a collaborative atmosphere where your efforts make a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Package and properly label products efficiently. Perform daily counts of finished and unfinished products. Maintain and clean manufacturing work areas and equipment. Ability to Communicate clearly and able to be a team player with a can-do attitude. Complete daily work assignments efficiently and accurately. Adaptable to evolving departmental needs by taking on cross-functional duties and shifting priorities as required. Operate various machines, tools, and assembly line equipment to assemble and fabricate, package and label products efficiently and accurately Use pallet jack and warehouse experience to move materials safely within the manufacturing facility and storage areas Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety compliance Assist with the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and mechanical systems Performing quality control processes by inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring adherence to specifications Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Able to work a full 8-hour shift without any physical restrictions. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity with production line operations. Mechanical knowledge or background in working with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery is highly desirable, but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining focus on individual tasks Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the 8 hour shift, with no restrictions.
