Manufacturing Equipment Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated technical professional with advanced equipment support and repair skills to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and optimization of complex machinery to ensure world-class production standards. High SchoolResponsibilities Equipment Maintenance:

Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of multi-discipline manufacturing systems and interrelated machinery.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Solve complex manufacturing problems requiring deep technical analysis and cross-disciplinary knowledge.

Advanced PMs:

Execute minor and major preventive maintenance using ball bar and measurement data to perform equipment corrections.

Process Improvement:

Independently develop machine modifications and enhancements to improve part quality and operational efficiency.

Fabrication:

Utilize welding, milling, and lathe equipment to fabricate parts and facilitate equipment repairs.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct rigorous tests and experiments on components and systems to ensure adherence to strict specifications.

Documentation:

Maintain precise records of repairs, PM schedules, and machine modifications.
