$40-48+/hr Contract to hire role through Insight Global Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience supporting engineering during development and pre-production phases of hardware life cycles Experience building pre-production, qualification, and flight hardware Experience supporting tooling fabrication, factory automation projects, and general production improvement projects Experience with maintenance of HITL, continuous integration, and qualification satellite hardware Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with CAD such as SolidWorks or similar software Experience with MES and ERP systems Experience working in a Class 10k (ISO 7) cleanroom A&P Certified Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Integration Technician in the Greater San Jose Area. This individual will support engineering during development and pre-production phases of hardware life cycles, including building pre-production, qualification, and flight hardware, assist with transitioning product lines from engineering development to full rate production, support AIT in the setup and activation of production lines and development and qualification of hardware test setups, support rework and recovery efforts on non-conforming hardware production improvement projects, build, repair, and rework structures and harnessing to support flight and development hardware as well as ground support equipment and development/qualification test assets.
