This role is ideal for technicians with strong diagnostic abilities who want consistent work, competitive flat-rate pay, and long-term career growth in a professional dealership environment. Our service department offers a steady workflow, modern equipment, and a supportive team environment where technicians can maximize productivity and earnings. Compensation (California Pay Transparency) $5,300 - $10,000+ per month Pay is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other job-related factors in accordance with California law. Additional bonus opportunities may be available. What You'll Do Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer standards Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately Complete repair orders efficiently and correctly Communicate repair recommendations to Service Advisors Work closely with the Parts Department to minimize repair delays Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks Ensure all repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards What We're Looking For 2+ years automotive technician experience preferred ASE certifications preferred Subaru or manufacturer certifications a plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Jerry Seiner Dealerships Jerry Seiner Dealerships is a family-owned automotive group with nearly 50 years of success .
