Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process and ensure that production goals are met
- Coordinate and schedule production activities to optimize efficiency
- Monitor and order inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to production operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a production management role is required
- Knowledge of tools and mechanical equipment used in the production process
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
