6am - 4:30pm range) Overview Self-directed Manufacturing Engineering Technician with advanced fabrication expertise and strong capability in diagnostics, schematic interpretation, and end-to-end solution development (design ? fabrication ? implementation). Requires deep knowledge of industrial systems and hands-on ownership of engineering challenges. Role Summary Optimize manufacturing capability and fabrication processes Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Develop, modify, and maintain production tooling, equipment, and infrastructure Responsibilities Engineer solutions to improve manufacturability of new/existing products Analyze data and apply standard procedures to resolve technical issues Support manufacturing development and process improvement initiatives Design and enhance tooling, equipment, and production processes Ensure compliance with safety, procedures, and deadlines Provide facility/equipment maintenance support Exercise independent technical judgment Support flexible schedules, including extended hours if required
Technical Skills:
Advanced industrial systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, compressed gas)
Fabrication:
MIG/TIG, sheet metal, pneumatics, test equipment Read/create schematics and blueprints Strong analytical problem-solving Technical communication (written/verbal) Microsoft Office and CAD proficiency Project planning, execution, and documentation Team collaboration and execution focus
Required Experience:
5-7 years

Must Haves Advanced fabrication: MIG/TIG welding, sheet metal, pneumatic systems, test equipment Advanced industrial systems knowledge: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, high-pressure gas Strong problem-solving: define scope, develop solutions, execute, and manage timelines Nice to Haves Microsoft Office and CAD proficiency Drives innovation and continuous improvement Project planning and timeline management
