We grow, pack, and ship direct to hobbyists so their tanks—and the oceans—increase their biodiversity. Estimated Breakdown of Responsibilities Packaging & Shipping - 50%: Portion live products, fold/tape cartons, insert heat/cool packs, pick and pack orders, verify orders in ShipStation, hand-off to carriers. Culture Care - 30%: Feed & harvest phytoplankton, copepods, macroalgae. Acclimate incoming invertebrates, scrub grow-out tanks, track water chemistry. Hands-On Projects - 10%: Build PVC manifolds, repair pumps, assemble lighting rigs, 3-D-print small fixtures, keep workstations lean-5S clean. Team & Facility Upkeep - 10%: Break-down cardboard, clean floors & drains, sanitize tools, jump into any task that keeps the line moving. Must-Haves Comfortable lifting 50 lbs repeatedly and being on your feet 10 hrs/day. Able to read work orders, measurements, directions, and SDS sheets in English. Reliable commute to our facility (no public-transit access). Computer and Internet competency High School Diploma or Equivalent. Nice-to-Haves Previous aquaculture, aquarium‐store, hatchery, brewery or warehouse experience. Familiarity with hand tools, PVC plumbing, or basic electrical. Forklift or pallet-jack experience. Biology, horticulture, chemistry, or environmental science coursework. Demonstrated "maker" mindset—tell us about something you fixed, built, or hacked together.
