Job Summary:
As a Soil Production Technician at BuildASoil, you play a crucial role in our production process. Your day-to-day tasks include mixing, lifting, measuring, pouring, and packaging our premium organic soil products. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy physical tasks, and value being part of an exceptional team focused on quality and innovation.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Capability to stand/walk throughout the shift, excluding breaks Comfort with working in dusty conditions and wearing appropriate protective gear Willing to be forklift certified Be capable of fulfilling schedule requirements needed for the role BuildASoil is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
