About the Role Operating in safety a production line for manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As member of the shift team is responsible for the performance of the machine. The operator Intermediate has the skills to undertake the tasks needed to operate/ sustain efficiently the equipment/process. Works within Essity safety standards, with responsibility for personal and others' safety Run and monitor your machine to keep production flowing, making adjustments as needed using Essity Continuous Improvement Systems. Work closely with your Team Leader and skilled operators whenever support or guidance is needed. Prepare and load raw materials or finished products for palletizing, following our Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain strong communication with both the previous and next shift, as well as all team members involved in running the machine. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times. Support teammates with operating tasks and contribute to a smooth, efficient production flow. Ensure top-notch product quality by performing regular checks and rejecting or blocking items that don't meet specifications. Perform all other duties as assigned. Accurately complete all required production documentation and data logs. Who You Are High School Diploma or equivalent required. Entry-level experience - 1-3 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn. Attention to detail Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills Basic mathematical, computer literacy skills Ability to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Us Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay: $19.53 per hour + full benefits. Compensation increases after successful completion of on-the-job training.
