This role involves hands-on assembly and production of custom seating systems designed for individuals with mobility needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or hands-on technical environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail, consistency, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom seating components according to specifications Work with hand tools, materials, and 3D-printed parts Follow detailed build instructions and production workflows Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintain an organized and safe work environment Assist with material preparation and general production support as needed Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or similar hands-on work preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new processes and techniques

Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:
