In this highly visible role, you ll own both manufacturing and quality engineering initiatives playing a critical part in bringing innovative products to market while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and performance.
RESPONSBILITIES
Completing assigned training Receiving work orders to perform assigned operations such as: cleaning/deburring of components, cleanroom assembly & packaging, and laser marking of components Apply the requirements of document control Creating and storing quality records based on job assignments Observing environmental, safety, cleanliness requirements Clean and maintain equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed. Identifying and tracing material/product moved, handled, or changes as a result of work performed Participate in segregating and controlling past-due shelf life, contaminated or potentially contaminated product Using currently calibrated equipment; identifying, segregating, and removing form use past due or equipment suspected of being out-of-calibration including notification of equipment location Performing maintenance activities and/or cleaning on or of equipment Participating in QMS audit and timely response to assignments from the audit Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Investigating, correcting and implementing corrective actions Ability and willingness to learn new technology, software, & professional practices Able to communicate updates and work-related progress to upper management both written and verbal Completing assigned preventative actions Support other production personnel as needed Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of cGMP and GDP experience (pharmaceutical or medical devices are highly preferred) Experience working in clean room environments Must be computer savvy and have previous computer data entry experience Read and understand English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus May be required to wear appropriate PPE and steel toed boots
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to reach, grasp and climb with both hands. Physical demands include ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs. Frequently required to move about the loading dock/ warehouse EOE/ADA IND123
