Contribute to refining and creating work procedure standards for the team. Utilize every nuance of the production order's subcomponents effectively. Machine and auxiliary equipment setup, with checks for metal type and thickness, are all in your hands. Stringently document processes for consistency, knowing when to make exceptions during startup and shutdown. Regular shaft and bearing lubrication and cleaning are part of everyday tasks to ensure flawless operation.
