Job Description

The Impact You'll Make As our Production Technician , you'll play a key role in supporting the mass production of oil-free compressors by performing component preparation and assembly line operations with a strong focus on quality and safety. Your impact? Parts are assembled correctly and consistently, production stays on track, and our teams deliver reliable products that support customer satisfaction and business goals. You'll collaborate with your production team and take ownership of assembly, equipment use, and quality-compliant work practices, helping us move toward a more efficient and reliable future. What You'll Be Doing Assemble compressor components by placing parts in the correct relationship and fastening them using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives, or other approved methods Operate and tend equipment and tools such as hydraulic or pneumatic presses, air wrenches, and similar tools to support fitting, fastening, and bonding on the assembly line Flex across production tasks as needed, including mechanical assembly, operating pressure test stands, functional testing, preparation, and material handling Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace and follow established safety practices throughout daily work Follow quality policies, procedures, and instructions to support product quality, customer satisfaction, business goals, and environmental well-being What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment Ability to follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines consistently in a production setting Comfort using basic production tools and equipment and performing hands-on, detail-focused work Written and verbal communication skills needed to coordinate work, ask questions, and share updates with the team What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
