Opportunity:
Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, including wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to complete precision assembly and manufacturing tasks. Support manufacturing operations through equipment setup, calibration, rework, testing, and process improvements.

What You'll Do:
Assemble parts, components, subassemblies, and final products using hand tools and automated production equipment. Perform setup adjustments and maintain tolerances according to blueprint and technical specifications. Conduct quality testing, troubleshooting, and rework activities to ensure product performance and compliance. Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration tasks, experiments, and manufacturing process improvements. Use manufacturing software and operating data to make online adjustments and support efficient production operations. Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED 6+ years of experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
