Job Description:

The Production Technician is responsible for the building, packaging, and shipping of all PDK access control products. She/He will be able to work quickly and efficiently to ensure all products are assembled, tested, and packaged in a timely manner to meet strict deadlines. Precise inventory management as well as an acute attention to detail are a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Build, test, and package product subassemblies or final assemblies efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines Maintain and manage accurate inventory levels of all job materials both physically and inside Inventory Management Software Test products or subassemblies for quality and functionality Troubleshoot problems with devices or products Pick, pack, and ship all orders effectively and efficiently according to carrier and customer specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the day Required Skills Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Capable of working independently to a production schedule Effective written and oral communication Basic computer skills Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
