7am•4pm Pay Rate/Salary of the
SMT Operator:
$20.00•$30.00/hr Responsibilities of the
SMT Operator:
Perform manual assembly and automated soldering in accordance with defined work instructions. Address quality issues promptly, collaborating with QA and Production Manager for solutions. Maintain machine efficiency by minimizing downtime and enhancing changeover processes. Work towards achieving production cycle times and collaborate with the production manager for improvements. Adhere to safety norms to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications of the
SMT Operator:
Experience in SMT assembly processes. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and guidelines. Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine errors.
