Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weaver Operator to support daily weaving operations. The Weaver Operator is responsible for operating weaving equipment, monitoring product quality, replenishing materials, and ensuring production runs efficiently and safely. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but training will be provided for qualified candidates. Duties Operate weaving machinery according to established production standards Load yarn and materials into weaving equipment Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs Identify and report machine issues, defects, or material concerns Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of work areas Complete production documentation accurately and timely Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with machine setup and changeovers as needed Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off, and training and growth opportunites.
