What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED with some work experience Ability to read and interpret safety rules and perform basic math calculations Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 75 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for up to 2/3 of the workday Good distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
